How do I book a session with you?

It all starts with a conversation! Simply fill out the contact form on my website or send me a direct message on Instagram and I'll get back to you to chat about your vision, check my availability, and get everything scheduled. I love hearing about what you have in mind — no question is too small.

Where do you shoot and how far do you travel?

All of my sessions are on location — meaning I come to you. I'm based in El Dorado County and regularly shoot throughout Sacramento and Placer Counties. Whether that's a local park, your backyard, a favorite hiking trail, a sports field, or anywhere in the region that feels meaningful to you — the location is yours to choose. Not sure where to shoot? I'm happy to suggest spots I love.

What is included in my session fee?

Your $450 session includes a pre-session phone consultation where we talk through your wardrobe, the look you're going for, and any ideas you want to bring to life. From there we do a full 90-minute on-location shoot — and yes, bring as many outfits as you can squeeze in! After your session you'll receive five professionally retouched digital images delivered in high resolution, ready to print, frame, or share. Additional images, prints, photo books, and professional hair and makeup services are also available for an additional fee.

What should I wear to my session?

This is exactly what our pre-session phone consultation is for! Before every shoot I'll walk you through wardrobe recommendations based on your session type, location, and the overall look and feel you're going for. In general, timeless and coordinated tends to photograph better than perfectly matched or overly trendy — but every session is different and I'll guide you every step of the way. And bring as many outfit options as you can — variety always gives us more to work with.

Do you photograph sporting events, or just individual athletes?

Both! Sports photography is one of my absolute favorite things to do. I offer individual athlete sessions — great for recruiting portfolios, senior athletes, and milestone seasons — as well as full event coverage where I attend your game, meet, race, or tournament and capture the action as it unfolds. I shoot racing, surfing, baseball, wrestling, football, and more. Don't see your sport listed? Reach out — if there's action worth capturing, I want to be there.

How long does it take to receive my photos after our session?

Your edited images are typically delivered within one to two weeks of your session. You'll receive a link to a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images in high resolution. If you fall in love with more than your five included images — which happens often — additional images are always available for purchase straight from your gallery.
